It is my pleasure to be able to welcome you to the official Shan Wikinews! Congratulations on all your hard work that has brought us here!

Since this is a new wiki, there are some things that aren't working quite yet. Wikidata support has not been enabled yet, and the statistics in Special:Statistics are incorrect, but will be fixed shortly. Also, the DynamicPageList feature is unfortunately not available, and I don't think that will change (I believe the WMF are phasing it out), so it is better to try to find alternative ways of displaying the newest news on the main page.

If you have any questions or need any help with anything, please let me know. I can't fix everything, but I can usually find the people who can.
